Sealed proposals for the 2008 Ice Rink Facility Mold Remediation and Removal
Project, which includes mold remediation and removal within the Town of West
Seneca Ice Rink Facility, will be received until 10:00 AM local time, August 13,
2008 at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 1250 Union Road, West Seneca,
New York 14224, and thereafter said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud
in the Court Room of the Town Hall.
Project specifications for the 2008 Ice Rink Facility Mold Abatement Project will
be available August 8, 2008 at the office of the Town Clerk
Each bidder shall file with his proposal a certified check in an amount equal to
10% of the amount of the bid, payable to the order of Wallace C. Piotrowski,
Supervisor of the Town of West Seneca, or a Bid Bond in like amount subject to
the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the date of actual opening
thereof.
The Town of West Seneca reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to
waive any informalities, or to make an award to the lowest responsible bidder on
the basis of his total base bid and accepted alternates, if such alternates are
included in the proposal form.
