The Office of the Town Attorney advises and represents the Town of West Seneca, the Town Board and department heads with respect to all legal affairs of
the Town, including preparation of proposed legislation, preparation and review of contracts, and defense of of the
Town in all claims.
The Town Attorney's Office acts as
counsel to the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Planning Board and Prosecutes Town Law, Vehicle and Traffic, and Penal Law violations.
