Legibly complete the top portion of the Block Party Application.

Review the following Rules and Regulations:

1. Application shall be filed with the Town Clerk's Office at least one month prior to the scheduled block party.
   
   
2. Block parties shall not extend beyond the hour of 11:00 PM in accordance with the Noise Ordinance of the Town of West Seneca.
   
   
3. Police and respective fire departments will be notified of the temporary closing of streets in order to provide continuous public safety.
   
   
4. No structures may be placed in the pavement area.
   
   
5. No obstructions may be placed in front of fire hydrants.
   
   
6. The responsible party must be readily available in case of an emergency response to the area.
   
   
7. All barricades must be removable.
   
   
8. Due to numerous requests and limitations of equipment, the use of town owned barricades will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Completed applications may be brought to the Town Clerk's Office, Room 212 or mailed to:
