The Town of West Seneca holds Landlord/Tenant matters in Court on Tuesday evenings at 7:00pm and Friday mornings at 9:00am, please call for available Court dates.

THE COURT CLERKS ARE NOT PERMITTED BY LAW TO GIVE LEGAL ADVICE

You will need the following Forms

  • Petition
  • Notice of Petition (signed by either an attorney or court clerk)
    After the above forms are completed the forms can be served 5 to 12 days prior to the court date. These forms can then be dropped off to the West Seneca Court office along with a $20.00 filing fee.
  • Affidavit of Service
    All 3 original forms need to be returned to the West Seneca Court office no more than 2 days after the defendant has been served along with an additional $20.00 filing fee.
