February and October Tax Collections

Town/county tax bills are mailed mid-January and due February 15th without penalty.  After February 15th, taxes can still be paid at the Town Clerk's Office until June 30th. After June 30th, taxes must be paid directly to Erie County Tax Department.

School tax bills are mailed mid-September and due October 15th without penalty.  After October 15th, school taxes can still be paid at the Town Clerk's Office until November 30th.  After November 30th, school taxes must be paid directly to Erie County Tax Department.
