Registration will be held at the Recreation Office, 50 Legion Parkway
Should you be unable to attend registration, you may mail your registration form to: Town of West Seneca Recreation, 1250 Union Road, West Seneca, New York 14224. Mailing does not guarantee a position and registration forms will NOT be accepted before the appropriate registration date. All vacancies
will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Qualifying players are advised to register in person during appropriate registrations.
You must have a completed registration form with a mandatory $ 125.00 deposit made payable to WSYA.

Important: If your child wishes to play goalie you MUST mark GOALIE in the "sport" section at the top of your application. If you request to play goalie you must remain a goalie.
There are limited goalie positions available on a first come first serve basis; failure to mark the goalie position desired may result in your loss of the position.

Over 30 Hockey
This is an opportunity for men,
ages 30 and over to play ice hockey.
There are two sessions which run
January - March and October - December
at the West Seneca Ice Rink on Tuesday or Thursday.
Times vary between 9:50 PM - 11:50 PM.
Open to men 30 and over
Must be 30 years old by 01/05/2010.
