Open to players who are 4 years old by 07/31/2008, to 17 years old



Registration is held at the Kiwanis Youth Center


REGISTRATION:

Wednesday, January 16, 2008   7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Thursday, January 17, 2008   7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Friday, January 25, 2008   7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday, January 26, 2008   10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon




TOWN FEE:

$ 11.00   Residents with a Valid Town ID Card
$ 16.00   S/D Residents with Valid Town Card
$ 22.00   Non-Residents  (must bring Birth Certificates)




HOUSE FEES:

$ 72.00   Divisions 4, 5, 6
$ 87.00   Divisions 7 thru 17


All Fees are Non-Refundable

7 or 8   8 and under
9 or 10   10 and under
11 or 12   12 and under
13 or 14   14 and under
15, 16 or 17   17 and under



ID's Required for Resident Rate !

Note:  If paying by check, two seperate checks are required:

  • One for the Town Registration Fee   (Payable to: Supervisor, Town of West Seneca)
  • One for the WSSC League Fee  (Payable to: WSSC)

If you register for House after 01/27/2008, there is a Late fee of $ 20.00 per child.

Parent / Player Code: Must be signed by both the player and parent and returned with the registration and fees.
