West Seneca Special Meeting Minutes 01/23/2006
Supervisor Paul T. Clark called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M. ROLL CALL: Present -
Absent - Vincent J. Graber Jr. APPOINTMENT OF POLICE OFFICERS Motion by Supervisor Clark, unanimous second, to appoint John A. Lake as Police Officer Temporary, effective January 29, 2006 at an annual salary of $43,813.38 and authorize the Supervisor to complete and sign the necessary forms for Erie County Personnel, noting that Mr. Lake’s appointment is contingent until final results of his psychological examination are satisfactorily completed.
Motion by Councilman Osmanski, unanimous second, to appoint Anthony J. Ferrucci, William J. Pelow, and Jill D. Pocobello-Burkley as Police Officer Temporary, effective January 30, 2006 at an annual salary of $43,813.38 and authorize the Supervisor to complete and sign the necessary forms for Erie County Personnel, noting that these appointments are contingent until final results of medical and psychological examinations are satisfactorily completed and are subject to successful completion of a one (1) year probationary period commencing with the appointment date.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Supervisor Clark, seconded by Councilman Osmanski, to adjourn the special meeting at 5:10 P.M.
