Supervisor Meegan called the work session to order at 3:00 P.M. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Supervisor Meegan read the Fire Prevention Code instructing the public where to exit in case of a fire or an emergency.

· Veterans Day lunch on Thursday, November 10th at noon
YOUTH SERVICE COORDINATOR LAUREN MASSET
· Breakfast with Santa on Sunday, December 11th; tickets on sale Monday, November 14th
· 700 children attended the Enchanted Path event
TOWN ATTORNEY JOHN FENZ
· Addition to Town Board meeting agenda - resolution on tax assessment challenge
· 3 public hearings for lighting districts; if approved they are subject to permissive referendum; he will put together a letter to make residents aware of this
CHIEF DENZ
· Proposed a “Power DMS” system that was presented at the Int’l Chiefs of Police conference for managing all town operational policies; employees are able to access the system and their signatures are obtained electronically; policies are updated electronically; if interested an informational session can be set up with human resources.

COUNCILMAN HART
· John Steinmetz of Steinmetz Planning Group will hold a question & answer session on the proposed new design standards today from 5:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. followed by an informational session at the Town Board meeting
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion by Supervisor Meegan, seconded by Councilman Hanley, to recess to executive session at 3:15 PM to discuss three legal matters and an employee issue.
Ayes: All Noes: None Motion Carried
The board members returned from executive session at 5:00 P.M. and the work session was adjourned.
