Chairman Robert Niederpruem called the meeting to order at 3:05 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag led by Donald Mendola.

Chairman Niederpruem read the Fire Prevention Code instructing the public where to exit in case of a fire or other emergency.
SPR2017-03
A request from Kids Escaping Drugs for site plan approval for property located at 920 Harlem Road to construct a 7500 sf, 15 bed community residence.
Andrew Gow of Nussbaumer & Clarke represented the applicant and indicated the parking lot which is located outside the flood plain, noting the engineering issues were discussed with Town Engineer David Johnson and his concerns were satisfied.
Chairman Niederpruem stated the Planning Board received a letter from Mr. Johnson stating he has approved the engineering for the project. Chairman Niederpruem further stated no SEQR is required because it was done when the project was originally proposed and there are minimal impacts to the site.
Motion by Mendola, seconded by Bebak, to grant site plan approval for property located at 920 Harlem Road to construct a 7500 sf, 15 bed community residence.
