The function of the West Seneca Zoning Board of Appeals is to hear and decide requests for variances brought before the Board.

  The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month in the Council Chambers of Town Hall. All meetings start promptly at 7:00 P.M.

Please note: The November & December 2016 Zoning Board of Appeals meetings will be combined and will be held on December 14, 2016 at 7 P.M.  The deadline for filing an application is November 30, 2016.
