Request of William Schutt & Associates for a variance for property located at Birchwood Ave at Meyer Road to reduce required bulk area and required driveway access.

Request of Stanley Sajecki for a variance for property located at 25 Roosevelt Avenue to reduce required lot bulk area and reduce required parking spaces.
