• Bike friendliness in West Seneca, Center Road approach. Letter from Chris Holmes, West Seneca Bikes for WSEC to endorse and forward to Town Board
• Tree Inventory Grant

                 i.      Letter of Commitment voted via email to be approved by in person vote

• Deer Management Plan

               i.      Scout project

               ii.      Town awareness regarding fawns

• Strategic Planning
• Summer:

               i.      National Night Out 1^st Tuesday in August

              ii.      Visit and document of the trees planted by Young Development due to their settlement. We will need to have a list that need to be replaced by September

V.      Governance

• Election of Officers per Bylaws

                  i.      Co-Vice Chairs: Evelyn Hicks and Tracy Skalski     

                  ii.      Treasurer: Jacqueline Balikowski

• Associate Members to vote on as not voting Associate Members: Alex Goodwin, Brittany Hernon
• We need a Commission Member to monitor our email address
• We need a recording secretary
• Shift meetings to Burchfield Nature and Art Center. We can set a regular meeting time. Perhaps the 2^nd or 3^rd Monday or Wednesdays, as we will not compete for use of the Community Room
