Accessory structures are defined as sheds, detached garages, gazebos, etc.

• Every shed requires a permit
• Limited to "rear yard' only
• Property Survey
• Not allowed to be constructed on easement
• Cross section of structure to determine height

• Shed: based on cost of shed
  $0 - $1000 of cost = $18
  every additional $1000 = $8
• Garage
  Detached - $.15 per sq ft
  Attached - $.20 per sq ft
