Senior Fitness Center
Hours
The West Seneca Senior Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art fitness and health facility, located in the lower level of the Senior Citizen Center. The cost of the gym is $10.00 per month paid on a month-to-month basis in cash or check. We do accept Silver Sneakers, Renew Activde through United Healthcare, and Silver & Fit through Univera, which reimburse based on your attendance. Our Fitness Center allows you to workout independently and participate in instructor led fitness classes.
Fitness Center Features
Our fitness area provides an indoor walking track, measuring approximately 72’x60’ around the entire circumference of the gym area. The track has a non-slip walking surface with sufficient cushioning to ease the load on knees and hips. In addition, the exercise/recreation area contains:
- Aerobic Area with free weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls and a 6'x30' mirrored wall
- Cardio equipment include rowing machine, treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, and airdyne cycle
- Bocci Ball Court measuring 6’ x 30’
- Shuffleboard Court measuring 4’ x 28’ built into the floor
- TVs with surround sound are available for entertainment while you work out
