A request of Young Development for a rezone and special use permit for property located at 391 Schultz Road and 2852 Transit Road, changing its classification from R-90A and C-1 to R-50(S) for construction of a multi-unit residential development. (application, SEAF, boundary and survey, site plan)
Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of West Seneca will hold a public meeting on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room at the Community Center & Library, 1300 Union Road, West Seneca, to consider the above request.
