A request from Young Development for a special permit for property located at 1220 Southwestern Blvd., being part of Lot No. 393, changing its classification from C-2 to C-2(S), for constuction of three - two story, eight unit apartment buildings. (site plan, building elevations, short EAF, resubdivision, walkover report)
Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of West Seneca will hold a public meeting on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. in the Community Room at the Community Center & Library, 1300 Union Road, West Seneca, to consider the above requests.
