A request from Young Development, Inc. for a site plan review for property located at 1220 Southwestern Boulevard, for construction of three (3) two-story, eight-unit apartment buildings with detached garages. (see elevations, EAF, site plan)
A request from Sutton Architecture for a special use permit for property located at 555 Orchard Park Road, being part of Lot No. 296, changing its classification from M-1 to M-1(s), for the service of alcohol. (see authorization letter, concept plan, survey, concept site plan, presentation)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of West Seneca will hold a Public Hearing on June 11, 2020 at 7:00 PM via video conference (WebEx) to consider the above applications. Should a member of the public wish to speak on the above matters; they are asked to notify the Town Clerk through email akobler@twsny.org or by phone 716-558-3215 prior to June 10, 2020 at 9 AM.
