The Town Board meeting will be held in the Community Room at the Community Center & Library, 1300 Union Road at 6:00 PM.
If a member of the public wishes to speak regarding Communications or the Issues of the Public portion of the meeting they can do so by any of the following 3 ways: appearing in person during those portions of the meeting, in writing to the Deputy Town Clerk mmartin@twsny.org by Monday August 9, 2021 at 3pm, or during the Facebook live stream by writing “PUBLIC COMMENT” before expressing their point during the Public Comments or the Issues of the Public portion of the live stream.
The deadline to submit public comments to the Deputy Town Clerk re the Public Hearing for the Adoption of Local Law No. 5, Term Limits is Monday, August 9, 2021 at 3pm. Any other public comments submitted to the Deputy Town Clerk or on Facebook will not be read. However, emails after the deadline will be forwarded to Town Board members for their information. If you have previously submitted an email regarding term limits, you do not need to do so again as your original email will be read.
