A request of Hanley Development of WNY for a rezone for property located at 1130 and 1140 Orchard Park Road, being part of Lot No’s. 372 and  373, changing its classification from C-1 and R-75 to R-50(s) for construction of a 40-unit apartment development. (application, cover letter, elevations, sewer study, short EAF, aerial, site plan, request, zoning map, NYS SEQR comments, SHPO report, EC comments 1 of 2 & 2 of 2, sanitary sewer capacity)

A request of DiDonato Engineering and Architectural Professionals for site plan approval for property located at 2970 Transit Road for the construction of multiple single-story storage units, a 124’ x 106’ 3-story building for storage units, and all associated site work. (Engineering report, full set w/ survey, renderings)
